Refund policy

 

Ollie Bee & Co reserves the rights to refuse services to anyone.

As of February 11, 2023 Route Package Protection must be purchased at checkout to cover lost, stolen, and damaged items. Should you experience lost, stolen, or damaged items, please file your claim directly through them.

Purchases made without Route Protection are not eligible for replacements Ollie Bee & Co. The shipping carrier is then responsible for all packages after they receive them. Without Route Package Protection, If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact your local shipping carrier.

Customs:

Due to the customized nature of all the products, there are no refunds.

Wholesale:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Original shipping is non refundable. A 20% restocking fee and returned shipping cost will be deducted from the return refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged claims must be claimed through Route Package Protection. Purchases made without Route Protection are not eligible for replacements through Ollie Bee & Co. OLLIE BEE & CO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE/LIABLE FOR ANY ISSUES RELATED TO PRODUCT ALTERATION. Items are not dishwasher safe, should not be left in extreme temperatures and should not be soaked.
